I'm like an old high mileage car. I came out the factory new and probably as good as anything else out there. But then I drove without changing the oil regularly and never inflating the tires. Decline was inevitable, but my lack of maintenance up front likely exacerbated things. I also lived and had a Hall of Fame career in the realm of partying and debauchery. I made the right choice.
