John Roberts is the legal equivalent of HPV.

Dude got appointed in 2005. He had some questionable decisions early on, but didn't cause too much alarm. And then he kept getting more and more bold. All culminating in the Trump opinion last year. Like HPV, we didn't feel it until it was too late.
