No doubt, Walls is already furious on the first day of pride month, stuck playing for a team which, horrifyingly, sometimes silently changes its profile picture on social media platforms, stuck quite possibly as one of the 2022 Rays’ unnamed patch-tearers (see footnote 1 here), perhaps in internal turmoil for years on account of his cowardice at a second chance to share his hatred with the world—benched on that most fateful of days, not bold enough to add his name to the “cohort of bigots.”
